Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect / Forward Deployment Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in 5G/5G-Advanced wireless technologies, protocol-stack development, and customer-facing deployment engineering.

The candidate will work directly with customer engineering teams to design, develop, debug, integrate, and deploy production-ready wireless solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant software/systems engineering experience.

• Strong 5G/5G-Advanced and working knowledge of 4G, 6G and NTN.

• Deep expertise in at least one protocol layer: L1/PHY, L2/MAC/RLC/PDCP, or L3/RRC/NAS.

• Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++ and Python.

• Linux, embedded systems and real-time software experience.

• Strong understanding of 3GPP specifications and wireless protocols.

• Protocol debugging using logs, traces, packet captures and signaling flows.

• Production software development and automated testing experience.

• Python API development, automation workflows and test instrumentation.

• Technical architecture, solution design and deployment experience.

• Customer-facing technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect complex 5G/6G deployment solutions.

• Debug and resolve protocol-stack issues across L1/L2/L3.

• Develop and modify production-level C/C++ and Python code.

• Integrate and deploy wireless solutions in customer environments.

• Lead technical engagements and guide engineering teams.
