Business Analyst - Salesforce Platforms

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce platforms to support our Sales and Development teams. This role will bridge business needs with technical solutions, define functional workflows, and create clear documentation to support system enhancements and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Development teams to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze current processes and translate business needs into functional workflows, diagrams, and user stories.
• Partner closely with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Support testing efforts, validate functional specs, and ensure successful rollout of enhancements.
• Maintain clear documentation, process maps, and communication across stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Sales, Operations, or CRM-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules).
• Strong ability to design process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
