Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile environments, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and JAD sessions.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with QA teams during test planning, UAT, and production validation.
- Assist in change management, implementation planning, and production support.
- Track project deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure business requirements align with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Business Analyst experience on enterprise IT projects.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Expertise in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing:
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- BRDs
- FRDs
- Process Flows
- Acceptance Criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Experience conducting UAT and supporting testing activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
