Full Stack Engineer (Python)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Python) to build production-ready AI-powered applications that combine modern Python backends with intuitive React frontends. You'll develop end-to-end features, integrate AI services with enterprise systems, and deliver secure, scalable applications for regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React.

• Build secure, scalable REST APIs integrating AI agents, enterprise systems, and data platforms.

• Design and develop modern user interfaces, dashboards, chat applications, and document-processing tools.

• Collaborate with AI Engineers and Data Engineers to build enterprise AI solutions.

• Own the full software development lifecycle from design through production support.

• Implement enterprise authentication using OAuth2, SSO, and secure access controls.

• Monitor application health through logging, monitoring, and alerting.

• Participate in client meetings, solution design sessions, and technical demonstrations.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of Full Stack Software Development experience.

• Strong Python development experience with FastAPI or Flask.

• Experience with asynchronous programming and SQLAlchemy.

• Strong React development with TypeScript.

• REST API design and development.

• PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Docker and containerization.

• Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development.

• Strong communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills

• AI/LLM application development or AI API integration.

• LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.

• OAuth2, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.

• Accessibility (WCAG) best practices.

• Financial Services, FinTech, or other regulated industry experience.
