Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support enterprise data integration and reporting requirements.
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, transformation workflows, and data warehouse solutions.
- Develop and maintain logical and physical data models that support business and analytical needs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality, performance, and successful delivery of data solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5–6 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, data modeling, and enterprise data warehousing.

Technical Skills
|
ETL Development, Microsoft SQL, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Matillion, HVR, Erwin Data Modeler
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Data Integration, Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Analytical Reporting, Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing scalable ETL solutions in cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
