Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner with 6+ years of hands-on product ownership experience to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of strategic product initiatives. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and executive stakeholders to define future-state capabilities, drive business transformation, and deliver high-impact product solutions. Experience within healthcare environments and ServiceNow ecosystems is highly desirable.
 
Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a Senior or Lead capacity.
  • Proven expertise in building product roadmaps, defining future-state product direction, and writing detailed user stories.
  • Exceptional communication skills — must be comfortable presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Experience working in large-scale, cross-functional environments.
  • Customer-facing experience, including discovery sessions and stakeholder management.
  • ServiceNow hands-on experience, ideally involving module implementation or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product ownership activities, including product visioning, roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, and feature definition.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and customer workshops to identify business pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate current processes and design future-state workflows leveraging ServiceNow modules.
  • Collaborate with large, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features.
  • Act as a customer-facing representative, delivering high-quality presentations and communications to executive stakeholders.
  • Support CRM-related initiatives, particularly involving FEP plans and FEP Business Associations.
  • Ensure product decisions are driven by measurable outcomes, customer insights, and organizational strategy.
  • Champion Agile and SAFe practices within the team.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Certified Product Owner (CSPO or equivalent).
  • SAFe 6.0 experience or certification.
