AI Architect

6 Years The Role As our AI Architect, you'll be the driving force behind how we design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions. You'll own the end-to-end architecture of our AI initiatives from early-stage solution design through deployment while working closely with customers, executives, and engineering teams to ensure every solution is practical, scalable, and impactful. This is a foundational role at a critical stage of our growth. You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful architectural decisions and the opportunity to shape our AI practice from the ground up. ________________________________________ Position Summary
Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and related technologies to solve real customer and business problems.
Lead solution design sessions translating complex business requirements into clear, scalable AI architectures that engineering teams can execute on.
Design and integrate solutions across our core AI stack including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), ElevenLabs, and AWS Bedrock selecting the right model or service for each use case and ensuring cohesive end-to-end solution design.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and stakeholders communicating AI concepts, architectural trade-offs, and solution approaches in clear, accessible language.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are well-integrated, maintainable, and aligned with broader system architecture.
Establish best practices and standards for AI solution design, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and responsible AI usage.
Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring relevant new capabilities and approaches to the team proactively. ________________________________________ What We're Looking For
6 years of experience in software architecture, solutions engineering, or a related technical role, with at least 2 3 years focused on AI/ML solution design.
Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI including practical experience building and shipping solutions using ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and AWS Bedrock.
Experience with AI-powered voice and audio solutions, ideally including ElevenLabs or similar text-to-speech/voice synthesis platforms.
Strong solution architecture skills you can design systems that are scalable, reliable, and cost-effective, and communicate those designs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience engaging directly with customers or executive stakeholders gathering requirements, presenting architecture proposals, and building confidence in technical decisions.
Proficiency in at least one primary programming language (Python strongly preferred) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
Startup mindset you move fast, make pragmatic trade-offs, and are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. ________________________________________ Nice to Have

Familiarity with responsible AI principles, AI governance, and safety best practices.
