Summary

Technical Infrastructure Program Manager - Network Deployment Operations
Overview
IntePros is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects supporting large-scale data center operations. This role is responsible for managing project execution from intake through deployment, ensuring cross-functional teams, suppliers, and field operations remain aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an organized program manager with experience coordinating complex technical infrastructure projects, resolving delivery roadblocks, and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of network deployment projects, from project intake through production readiness and closeout.
  • Validate project readiness by confirming required engineering, hardware, fiber, and infrastructure inputs are complete before execution begins.
  • Coordinate multiple supplier teams to ensure hardware, optical, and fiber deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Identify project risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Track workflow progress and coordinate project handoffs between engineering teams and field operations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure deployments, monitoring milestones, schedules, and project health across each phase of delivery.
  • Coordinate field execution activities, including work requests, installation schedules, and maintenance windows.
  • Triage deployment issues by identifying root causes and routing technical or operational issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor project validation activities, ensuring testing, verification, and production readiness requirements are completed before go-live.
  • Prepare regular portfolio status reports, communicate project health, and provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
  • Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
  • Maintain project documentation, coordination procedures, escalation paths, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating complex technical infrastructure or network deployment projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Understanding of data center operations, including rack installations, cabling, fiber infrastructure, and hardware deployments.
  • Familiarity with network deployment lifecycles from project initiation through operational turn-up.
  • Experience managing change control processes, maintenance windows, and operational scheduling.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience tracking projects through workflow or ticket management systems while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure, network operations, or telecommunications environments.
  • Familiarity with fiber optic and optical networking infrastructure.
  • Experience identifying operational trends, process improvements, and portfolio-level risks within technical operations.
Top Skills
  1. Cross-functional infrastructure project coordination
  2. Supplier and stakeholder management
  3. Network deployment lifecycle and data center operations
Success Profile
Successful candidates are highly organized program managers who excel at coordinating complex infrastructure deployments across engineering, operations, suppliers, and field teams. They proactively identify risks, resolve coordination issues before they impact delivery, and provide clear visibility into project health across large portfolios of concurrent initiatives. They thrive in fast-paced operational environments, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensure projects progress smoothly from planning through successful production deployment.
