What You Will Do:

The Systems Engineer provides systems engineering leadership for component-level capabilities while ensuring integration, performance, and alignment with mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage system requirements, risks, and documentation
• Support ERBs and technical reviews
• Coordinate component integration and end-to-end system performance
• Support data management and system optimization efforts
• Provide technical input to acquisition and vendor engagement
• Align engineering efforts to long-term mission vision

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree
• FOUR (4) or more years' experience with systems engineering, including in-depth knowledge of requirements, risk, and schedule management

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Strong technical coordination skills
• Acquisition support experience
• Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
• JIRA or agile delivery experience

The annual salary range for this position is $100,100.00-$150,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
