SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect (Process Industry-PP Focus)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect with strong expertise in process industries and deep functional knowledge in SAP PP (Production Planning). This is a highly client-facing leadership role requiring excellent communication and presentation skills. The role will drive solution design, business alignment, and transformation initiatives across end-to-end supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for end-to-end supply chain processes: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, and Inventory Management
• Drive process industry manufacturing solutions, including batch management, recipe-based production, co-/by-products, and quality integration
• Architect and optimize Plan-to-Produce processes, including MRP, production planning, and execution
• Design scalable solutions across SAP S/4HANA, with strong focus on PP, along with MM, SD, and Inventory Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into business-aligned solutions
• Provide functional leadership and architectural guidance to technical and integration teams (no hands-on integration required)
• Support S/4HANA transformations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across SAP modules and business processes
• Lead workshops, solution presentations, and executive-level discussions
• Drive process standardization and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience, including solution architecture roles
• Deep expertise in SAP PP, especially in process industries (Chemicals, Pharma, Food & Beverage, etc.)
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and core modules (MM, SD, PP, Inventory Management)
• Strong understanding of process manufacturing concepts (batch management, recipe management, traceability, compliance)
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementations or transformations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (must be highly client-facing and presentable)
• Ability to engage with business and executive stakeholders confidently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PP-PI
• Exposure to MES or shop floor integration
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA or Supply Chain modules
