Senior Product Designer - Remote/Toronto We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the design team at an ever-growing, fast-moving sport-centered consulting company! This is a 6-month contract to start, with potential to convert to full-time. This role offers a fully remote work structure for candidates based out of Toronto or the Greater Toronto area, operating in the EST time zone.
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer experienced across end-to-end phases, including interaction design, prototyping, high fidelity UI, etc. This is a great opportunity for candidates combining strong user experience, user interface, and visual design craft with the ability to operate in a client-facing professional services environment. You'll contribute to clients within the sports, media, and entertainment industries with the opportunity to meet with stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and working within design systems
- Experience contributing to established design systems (extending component libraries, documenting patterns, maintaining consistency across platforms)
- Experience working closely with Frontend teams (hand off architects, implementation support)
- Strong client-facing communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience - Previous agency/consulting experience
- Industry knowledge in sporting, media, and/or entertainment
- Excellent communication skills to deliver regular stakeholder presentations
- Experience using AI assistant tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Suite
What You Will Be Doing - You'll create wireframes, journey, and flow diagrams
- Present work to clients in a clear manner, including rationale, feedback, and recommendations
- Contribute to established design systems
- Plan and support user validation activities
Tech Breakdown - UX/UI - 50/50
- Responsive on web, mobile, Android, and IOS platforms
Daily Responsibilities - 100% hands on; this job does not require any supervisory responsibilities
- This is a Senior position in terms of your design abilities
