We are seeking a People Operations/Talent Acquisition Manager to join our fast-paced Tech Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy, managing the overall function of people operations, and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that meets the company's growth objectives and ensures a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top technical talent, particularly software engineers experienced in SaaS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage on-going manager candidate interactions.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and needs, develop job descriptions, set recruitment strategies, and set expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Identify, utilize, and manage key sourcing channels and ensure data accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our employer brand and create innovative ways to attract and assess talent.
  • Develop, implement and monitor human resource strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead and manage various people operations functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and employee development.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations, preferably within the Tech Services industry.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles, particularly software engineers in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of technology, and ability to use this knowledge to create effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management and HR best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
  • Strong decision-making skills, strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in managing a wide range of people operations issues.
