Telecom Infrastructure Program Manager – Multi Venue Deployment
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Duration: Long-Term Contract to Hire (C2H)
We are hiring an experienced Telecom Infrastructure Program Manager to lead multi-venue telecommunications delivery for a major large-scale event program scheduled through 2028.
This is a high-visibility onsite role managing telecom infrastructure planning, deployment, operations, and service delivery across multiple venues in the Los Angeles area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead telecom infrastructure delivery across 8–15 venues
• Manage venue telecom deployment schedules and operations
• Oversee WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, telephony, and network services
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, monitoring, and support
• Drive operational readiness for critical live events
• Manage cross-functional telecom and network engineering teams
• Coordinate vendors, circuits, hardware delivery, and deployment logistics
• Ensure SLA compliance, escalation management, and service quality
• Handle risk management, rollout planning, and issue resolution
Required Experience:
• 12+ years in telecom infrastructure, network operations, or IT program delivery
• Experience managing large-scale multi-site deployments
• Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi, telephony, and network infrastructure
• Experience with telecom operations and service delivery
• Strong program/project management background
• Experience leading managers and technical teams
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes
Preferred:
• Experience supporting stadiums, venues, events, or large public infrastructure programs
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications
