This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with senior Technology leaders and reporting to the Global Head of Procurement.

  • Partner with Legal, InfoSec, and Risk teams to ensure strong data, cyber, and compliance protections.

Financial & Spend Optimization

  • Drive TCO analysis, cost-avoidance initiatives, and ongoing spend visibility.
  • Analyze licensing consumption, cloud usage patterns, and vendor pricing models.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting with Technology and Finance.
  • Report savings and value-creation outcomes.

Supplier Governance & Performance

  • Lead QBRs with strategic technology vendors.
  • Strengthen operational oversight and accountability.
  • Escalate major risks or performance issues to executive stakeholders.

  • Ensure vendor security posture meets enterprise standards.
  • Support third-party risk assessments and remediation planning.
  • Embed data privacy and regulatory requirements into contracts and governance.

  • Integrate tech-sourcing workflows within Coupa (or similar P2P platforms).
  • Embed policy compliance, approval controls, and renewal visibility.
  • Promote continuous improvement in sourcing processes and vendor governance.

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a Technology Supplier Management Analyst.
  • Build collaborative, high-trust partnerships across Procurement and Technology.

  • 10+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or technology procurement.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity agreements.
  • Strong financial modeling and TCO analysis capability.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar P2P tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to third-party risk management or regulated environments is preferred.
