Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Model Builders & Architects with deep expertise in Anaplan and Pigment to support enterprise planning, modeling, and integration initiatives. This role will partner with architects, integration specialists, product owners, and technical leads to design, build, enhance, and support scalable planning solutions aligned to platform best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in enterprise implementations, model architecture, integrations, support operations, and documentation. This role also requires familiarity with Pigment AI and Anaplan AI capabilities, along with proven experience supporting large enterprise customers.
Must-Have Qualifications
· Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of total experience working with Anaplan and Pigment in enterprise planning and modeling environments.
Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects in Anaplan and/or Pigment.
Minimum 2 years of managed support experience for a large enterprise customer.
Proven experience as a certified model builder with one of the following:
Master Anaplanner certification, or
Certified Solution Architect credential
Completion of relevant Pigment Academy training.
Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to Pigment AI and Anaplan AI capabilities.
Experience integrating planning platforms with enterprise systems such as Snowflake, SAP, Surf, and Workday.
Strong experience with model design, calculations, planning structures, hierarchies, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with production support, incident resolution, release management, and operational governance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting planning use cases across finance, workforce, sales, or operational planning domains.
Experience working in global delivery models with onshore and offshore coordination.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards, security controls, and platform governance.
Ability to provide solution recommendations, lead design discussions, and influence best-practice adoption.
