Role Overview
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Engineer to join a team building a new enterprise workflow orchestration platform. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable, enterprise-grade web applications utilizing a cloud-native business automation framework. You will be responsible for building and enhancing workflow-driven applications, developing microservices, and creating modern user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance workflow-driven applications using Kogito/BAMOE and develop business process orchestration capabilities with Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Build modern web-based user interfaces using either React or Angular and integrate them with workflow and automation services.
- Contribute to the development of administrative capabilities for workflow management and improve platform usability.
- Build dashboards and monitoring capabilities to provide visibility into process performance and workflow health.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Participate in system architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java technologies.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with frontend development using Angular or React.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of Kogito / BAMOE.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Familiarity with security best practices and OAuth/JWT authentication.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.
