Key Responsibilities:
- Job Description: Seeking a senior-level IT Program Management / PMO professional with strong experience leading large-scale enterprise integration and migration initiatives within complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Lead enterprise-wide program/project management initiatives with executive-facing governance responsibilities.
- Manage multiple workstreams within a large integration program.
- Drive and coordinate multi-vendor delivery teams, with a strong focus on SAP-related initiatives.
- Oversee migration projects involving SAP, Callidus, and migration to SAP HANA.
- Ensure successful integration across platforms including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Aggressively manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery timelines.
- Provide portfolio/program management oversight in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
- Act as an independent lead capable of driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Top 5 Must Haves: Financial Services / Insurance domain is must
- Multi-vendor program management
- Senior IT Program/Project Management / PMO
- Large-scale Enterprise Integration / Transformation
- SAP-focused Program Experience
- Required Experience- Strong IT PMO / Program Management background.
- Experience managing large-scale distribution or enterprise transformation projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-vendor environments (most critical requirement).
- Experience leading SAP-focused initiatives and integration programs.
- Strong governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams across a single large program.
- SAP and Callidus experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Insurance industry experience highly valued, especially in:
- Distribution
- Licensing
- Contracting
- Commissions
- Methodology - Hybrid delivery model with heavier emphasis on Waterfall methodologies.
