Your role As a Core Planner, your mission is to manage the flow of engineering releases, materials, and production orders to ensure custom-engineered and standard centrifugal compressor products move efficiently through manufacturing and are delivered on time. You will report to the Order Center Supervisor.
You will
- Coordinate the internal and external logistics required to support the manufacturing of centrifugal compressor products and components.
- Process engineering releases, engineering change orders, purchase requisitions, and production orders while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Planning teams to determine release strategies and maintain delivery commitments.
- Monitor job status, identify and resolve planning issues, and expedite activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
- Support core manufacturing operations through production planning, order conversion, documentation management, and non-conformance resolution activities.

- You have 1-3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, scheduling, logistics, or a related function.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to learn and work within ERP, planning, and document control systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and PLM tools.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent planning/manufacturing experience.
