About the Role

In this role, you will support large-scale, complex software engineering initiatives that require deep technical analysis and strategic problem-solving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate ambiguous engineering challenges, influence technical decision-making, and help drive solutions that align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation on complex, high-impact software engineering initiatives.
Analyze multi-faceted engineering challenges, including those involving ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
Evaluate system designs, technical approaches, and long-term engineering strategies.
Contribute to resolving complex issues by applying a strong understanding of engineering principles, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with internal client teams to guide strategic planning and ensure successful delivery of engineering outcomes.
Communicate technical insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, or relevant education.
