responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and document clinical workflows and system requirements
- Translate clinical/business needs into technical data solutions
- Develop and maintain Cerner CCL scripts
- Perform data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from healthcare systems
- Support EHR data migration and legacy system retirement efforts
- Build and maintain ETL processes and data integrations
- Troubleshoot data, performance, and system integration issues
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Communicate technical concepts and constraints to stakeholders
qualifications:
- 10+ years of Systems Analyst / data-focused experience
- Strong Cerner Millennium and CCL experience
- Experience with EHR systems, migrations, or healthcare IT
- Strong SQL and Oracle database experience
- Experience with ETL, data extraction, and integration
- Linux environment experience
- Experience with APIs and system integrations (REST/SOA)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OCI)
- Programming experience (Java, Python, C/C++, etc.)
- Prior Cerner lead or consulting experience
