Mulesoft BA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Doraville, GA that is seeking a MuleSoft Business Analyst who can serve as the critical link between the business, ERP systems, and the MuleSoft development team. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable smooth integration work, particularly around EDI and ERP data flows.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, ERP teams, and MuleSoft developers
* Work directly with a university database and ERP system to understand data structures, processes, and integration needs
* Perform EDI mapping, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined before handing off to the MuleSoft developer
* Develop and document detailed input data specifications for the ERP system
* Produce clear, precise, and actionable requirements documentation that enables efficient, successful development
* Collaborate closely with developers, answering questions and clarifying requirements throughout the build cycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working with ERP systems, especially in higher education environments (preferred but not required)
* Strong understanding of EDI processes and data mapping concepts
* Ability to analyze and define sample input and output data for integrations
* Familiarity with API-driven integration environments and MuleSoft processes (prior MuleSoft experience is a plus, not mandatory)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
