Responsibilities
  • Design engaging and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Research to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Participate in design critiques and strategic planning sessions to refine design approaches.
  • Utilize customer insights and research findings to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
  • Contribute to existing design systems and ensure adherence to accessibility standards.
  • Effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders and team members.
Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX Design or Product Design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in designing ecommerce or transactional user experiences.
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Curiosity about emerging design tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
