Seeking an EGrAMS Developer / Support Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and providing technical support for the EGrAMS (Electronic Grants Administration and Management System) platform developed by .

The consultant will support grant management workflows, troubleshoot production issues, perform system enhancements, and collaborate with business and technical teams within the Department of Social Services environment.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of EGrAMS development and production support experience
  • Experience with grants management systems and workflow configuration
  • Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
  • Experience with SQL/database queries and reporting
  • Ability to work with state/government stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred
