Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with 15+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms. This role requires close collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Java or Scala is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and MLOps pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, or distributed data processing frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build and optimize predictive models, deep learning models, and Generative AI applications.
• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software development teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Build scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure AI solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master''s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• AI/ML or cloud certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation and AI modernization projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
