Role: ERP+ Workstream Project Manager Omni-Channel Sales (OTC)
Location: Nutley, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 9 months
Work Authorization: Open (No H1B)

Role Overview

• Senior-level Project Manager leading the Omni-Channel Sales (OTC) workstream within an SAP S/4HANA Fashion ERP transformation
• Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of integrated business and IT activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP / SAP transformation programs
• Proven experience owning an integrated project plan for Omni-Channel Sales (Retail, eCommerce, Wholesale OTC)
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and SmartSheets for project planning and execution
• Ability to coordinate across System Integrators, business teams, and technology partners
• Experience managing workstreams including:
  • Business process design
  • SAP configuration & RICEF development
  • Non-SAP integrations
  • Data migration
  • Security role design & build
  • Unit testing & integration defect resolution
  • Cutover planning
  • RAID (Risks, Issues, Actions, Dependencies) management
  • Resource capacity and timeline management

Preferred / Desirable Skills

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced programs
• Experience working with global teams (EU, Asia, India)
• Ability to align with Prime SI delivery methodology
