Experience Requirements (5+ Years)
Based on internally referenced qualifications for Endpoint Management Engineer (SCCM/Intune) and related engineering functions, a candidate with five or more years should demonstrate:
Core Endpoint Management Experience
5+ years of hands on SCCM/Intune administration and engineering experience, including:
o Device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access.
o Software update group management for both servers and workstations.
o Application and package creation, content distribution, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Systems Engineering & Infrastructure Skills
Experience managing Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) and Windows 11 imaging, including templates and OS deployments using MDT/SCCM task sequences.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, including security groups, OUs, DNS, and GPO management.
Familiarity with VMware vCenter, imaging (.WIM), and infrastructure integrations.
Solid grasp of SQL Server fundamentals for query support and troubleshooting.
Automation & Scripting
Expertise in PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks, enhance configuration deployment, and streamline operations.
Operational & Collaborative Skills
Ability to identify and resolve system problems through both short term and long term solutions.
Responding to escalated service desk issues and working effectively with cross functional support and infrastructure teams.
Providing guidance to junior engineers and participating in project initiatives.

Education Requirements

Required Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
or
Equivalent professional experience (common across IT infrastructure engineering roles).
Preferred Education
(Aligned with Endpoint Administrator template)
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Advanced certifications or postgraduate education may be advantageous but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
