Job Summary
Seeking a Sr. Robotics Automation Architect with 10+ years of experience in RPA, Intelligent Automation, and Process Intelligence to lead enterprise-scale automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UiPath ecosystem tools, ABBYY Vantage, AI-driven automation, and automation governance frameworks.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in RPA and Intelligent Automation Architecture
- UiPath Automation Hub – Governance, intake management, and automation lifecycle management
- UiPath AI Center – ML model orchestration and intelligent automation workflows
- UiPath Process Mining – Process discovery, bottleneck analysis, and automation opportunity identification
- UiPath Communications Mining – NLP-driven process and workflow optimization
- Automation Anywhere – Bot development, analytics, and performance monitoring
- ABBYY Vantage – Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and document automation
- Enterprise Automation Strategy & Governance
- Process Intelligence and Automation Roadmapping
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of enterprise automation solutions
- Build and govern large-scale automation programs across business units
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows
- Drive process mining initiatives to identify automation opportunities
- Implement intelligent document processing solutions using ABBYY Vantage
- Develop automation governance, standards, and best practices
- Scale and optimize digital workforce operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing 100+ production automation workflows
- Strong understanding of AI, NLP, and intelligent automation platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and enterprise architecture experience
