Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proven experience shipping successful products and features with measurable user adoption.
  • Strong experience conducting customer research, usability testing, and discovery interviews.
  • Experience creating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), product briefs, and strategy documentation.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in Agile environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization abilities.
  • Passion for modern product management methodologies and AI-powered tooling.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management required.
  • Experience owning products end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Experience prioritizing product initiatives based on customer impact, data, and business goals.
  • Experience with Agile and iterative product development methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating directly with engineering and UX/design teams.
  • Experience defining acceptance criteria and release planning.
  • Experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and analyzing product performance data.
  • Startup experience or experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments preferred.
  • Experience with AI-powered product features, personalization, recommendations, or search solutions preferred.
  • Experience in automotive, fintech, lending, or marketplace products is a plus.
  • Experience working with regulatory or compliance-driven products preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product areas end-to-end from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and discovery sessions to gather insights.
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Develop PR/FAQs, PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
  • Define product vision, customer problems, proposed solutions, and success metrics.
  • Make prioritization decisions based on customer feedback, analytics, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable product solutions.
  • Define release plans, acceptance criteria, and incremental product delivery strategies.
  • Ensure rapid iteration and delivery of working software to users.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Monitor product performance and use insights to guide future roadmap decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, design, and operations teams.
  • Support adoption of AI-powered tools and modern product management practices.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
