Job Description

• We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst / Data Conversion Specialist with strong expertise in the Life & Annuity Insurance domain.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Life PAS platforms, with LifePRO experience being a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with both business and technical teams on data conversion initiatives
• Perform mapping, validation, balancing, and reconciliation of converted data
• Develop and document technical specifications
• Create and support code using IBM/Fujitsu COBOL or C#
• Conduct technical analysis using Fujitsu COBOL, C#, and MS SQL
• Ensure accurate conversion of existing contracts from the client s system of record into the LifePRO system

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Life & Annuity Insurance domain
• Hands-on experience with Life PAS platforms
• Working knowledge of the LifePRO system (strong preference / huge plus)
• Deep understanding of data structures required for policy conversion
• Knowledge of differences across major lines of business
• Ability to independently perform technical analysis and support conversion teams
