Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. In this role, you will take high-level feature requests and translate them into robust, scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution designs. You will be responsible for defining the overarching system architecture, data models, integration patterns, and detailed technical specifications that engineering teams can seamlessly build and deploy.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Translate feature-level business requirements into comprehensive end-to-end Dynamics 365 / Power Platform architectural designs and functional/technical specifications.
• Developer Guidance: Create clear blueprint documentation, ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams), data flow diagrams, and user story breakdowns so developers have actionable specs to build against.
• Technical Governance: Define best practices for D365 customization vs. configuration (out-of-the-box vs. custom code), ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Data & Integration Design: Architecture design for integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party enterprise systems via APIs, Power Automate, Azure Integration Services, or custom middleware.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and executive stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility, estimate effort, and refine project roadmaps.
• Code & Quality Review: Review developer output for architectural compliance, performance optimization, security standards, and maintainability.
