Job Description

<>Key Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise Chromebook fleets in a 24x7 production environment.
Manage VPN connectivity and certificate-based authentication for ChromeOS endpoints.
Configure and maintain device policies through the Google Admin Console.
Coordinate certificate lifecycle management via Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.
Troubleshoot ChromeOS-level, connectivity, and authentication issues.
Monitor endpoint compliance and remediate policy violations.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation supporting a critical production environment.
Document platform standards, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with security, networking, and identity teams to maintain endpoint reliability.

<>Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience administering enterprise endpoint environments, with ChromeOS/Chromebook focus.
Hands-on experience with Google Admin Console for device policy management.
Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (or similar UEM/MDM) for certificate lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of VPN connectivity and certificate-based authentication.
Experience troubleshooting OS-level, network, and authentication issues in production.
Ability to work within a 24x7 on-call rotation supporting critical production systems.
Strong security awareness and operational discipline in regulated, large-scale environments.
Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale enterprise environments.
