2 4 years SOC/network security experience; Palo Alto firewall monitoring experience preferred

Palo Alto logs, Panorama/Strata telemetry, SIEM, threat detection, TCP/IP, IOC analysis, MITRE ATT&CK; PCCET/PCNSA or equivalent preferred

Provide 24x7 monitoring; initial alert/ticket triage; identify suspicious firewall events; validate severity; enrich events with threat intelligence; initiate escalation; maintain tickets; monitor firewall/Panorama availability; support SLA response targets.
