Role Overview
We are seeking an expert Oracle SCM Solution Architect to drive complex supply chain transformations for prospective enterprise clients. You will serve as the technical and functional anchor on high-stakes sales pursuits, architecting end-to-end supply chain solutions across Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Architect robust, scalable, and integrated Oracle Cloud SCM solutions tailored to specific prospect industry verticals.
- Deal Support & Prospecting: Partner with sales teams to scope requirements, respond to RFPs, and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Fit-Gap Analysis: Lead discovery sessions to analyze client supply chain pain points and map them directly to Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities.
- Value Positioning: Articulate the quantifiable ROI of modernizing supply chains on Oracle Cloud to C-level executives and supply chain leaders.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 12+ years of implementation and architecture experience in Oracle Cloud SCM (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Planning).
- Strong track record of leading complex SCM transformations in discrete manufacturing, high-tech, retail, or consumer goods.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutioning during live prospect calls.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations are a strong plus.
