Summary

The Communications Specialist will play a critical leadership role within the Customer Experience organization, supporting our New Jersey account by developing and executing strategic communications that engage and inform a large healthcare provider community. This position is responsible for increasing awareness of provider revalidation requirements and driving the timely completion of enrollment activities.

Working closely with operational leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, the Communications Specialist will own and manage the overall communications strategy and execution plan. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong project management skills and the ability to translate complex operational information into clear, actionable messaging, supported by a proven track record of developing and managing provider-facing communications across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

Your role in our mission

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive communication plans that support Provider Revalidation initiatives and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across a large healthcare provider community.
  • Create, edit, and maintain provider-facing communications such as email campaigns, letters, presentations, and FAQs.
  • Partner with senior leadership and client stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate communication campaigns that increase provider awareness, engagement, and timely completion of provider revalidation activities.
  • Ensure communication is timely, audience-focused, measurable, and aligned with organizational objectives
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to enhance provider outreach and ensure operational success.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing strategic communications plans within healthcare, managed care, provider relations, or healthcare operations environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, provider operations, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing provider-facing communications across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
