Windows / VMware Infrastructure Developer Administrator

Introduction

We are urgently seeking an experienced Windows / VMware Infrastructure Developer Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure and VMware virtualization environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, virtualization, infrastructure troubleshooting, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization platforms.
  • Manage virtual machines, server configurations, and infrastructure operations.
  • Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
  • Perform server patching, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine administration tasks.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure recovery activities.
  • Identify and resolve infrastructure performance and availability issues.
  • Maintain system documentation and follow infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

<>Required Skills:
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in Windows infrastructure administration and virtualization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019 and later versions.
  • VMware vSphere, ESXi, and virtual machine management.
  • Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
  • Windows server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
<>Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Nutanix and Hyper-V is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be local to Newport Beach, California, or the immediate surrounding area.
  • Must be available to work onsite.
  • Strong hands-on Windows Server and VMware experience.
  • Must be available for an urgent interview and submission process.
