This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can align global manufacturing practices, drive standardized process design, and work effectively with stakeholders across regions and functions. The role requires a strong blend of operational expertise, systems knowledge, and leadership skills to improve consistency, documentation, and execution across production environments.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, alignment, and continuous improvement of global production processes to support operational consistency across manufacturing sites.
Partner with cross-functional teams to document current workflows, identify gaps, and develop scalable process standards for production operations.
Guide process implementation initiatives in collaboration with business, operations, and technology stakeholders in a complex global environment.
Facilitate discussions with regional teams and senior leaders to build consensus, resolve process issues, and support decision-making.
Use process mapping and modeling tools to create clear documentation, analyze process performance, and recommend improvements.
Support ERP-related production process initiatives, including implementation activities and, where applicable, transition efforts between enterprise systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure production processes reflect business needs, local operating realities, and global standards.
Monitor process adoption, evaluate outcomes, and drive corrective actions to strengthen efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing Operations, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or process management, with electronics industry exposure considered an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years leading process design and rollout efforts, preferably across international or multi-site operations.
Strong background working with enterprise systems in manufacturing environments, including SAP MDM; ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to map processes, produce detailed documentation, and perform analytical assessments to support operational improvement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio, along with experience using process modeling platforms.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to executive audiences and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrixed organization, influence without direct authority, travel occasionally to global manufacturing sites, and maintain a valid passport.
