Oracle Cloud WMS Lead Consultant @ Onsite anywhere in USA client location on W2 ||

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle WMS Cloud professional with strong client-facing leadership capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of overall Supply Chain / Warehouse Management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle WMS Cloud.
• Proven track record of leading at least two full-cycle Oracle WMS Cloud implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support.
• Strong client-facing leadership skills with the ability to independently conduct workshops and solution discussions with warehouse operations stakeholders.
• Experience managing and coordinating onshore-offshore delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, supported by direct warehouse floor engagement.
• Experience integrating Oracle WMS Cloud with Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
  • Inventory Management (INV)
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Transportation Management (TMS)
• Experience overseeing:
  • Data migration activities
  • Master data setup
  • Reporting and analytics deliverables
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across US client sites based on project needs.

Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for delivering project activities and milestones as defined by the client. Detailed scope and milestone information will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
