Summary

Location- Alpharetta, GA

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelors degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.

Knowledge of benefit plan provisions, theories, and principles.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical-reasoning skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Flexible, adaptable, and creative in identifying solutions.

Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

Ability to analyze and validate data and identify discrepancies.

Ability to work independently within established processes.

Ability to effectively coordinate with benefit vendors and internal stakeholders.

Ability to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate appropriately.
