Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions for insurance claims platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud, integration architecture, API development, and cloud technologies while leading distributed teams in an Agile environment.

The Integration Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration between Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration design and implementation for Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud projects.
• Define integration architecture and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Design and implement REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and messaging solutions.
• Integrate Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud with policy administration, billing, document management, customer portals, and external third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Guidewire architects, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and integration testing activities.
• Develop integration standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide production support guidance.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within Guidewire Cloud environments.
• Mentor junior developers and integration engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and system integration.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• 2+ years of Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) experience.
• Strong experience with Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, and web services.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
