Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IAM Developer with deep expertise in the Ping Identity ecosystem, specifically the PingOne platform. This role focuses on designing and delivering secure, scalable identity solutions, including SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication, aligned with modern enterprise and customer identity strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using PingOne SSO
Configure and deploy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using PingOne MFA and PingOne Verify
Build and orchestrate identity workflows using PingOne DaVinci
Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Develop and maintain REST APIs and custom connectors for identity integrations
Implement adaptive and risk-based authentication (experience with PingOne Protect is a plus)
Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to align IAM with Zero Trust architecture
Troubleshoot and optimize authentication flows, policies, and user experience
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST, SOC 2, and ISO

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Strong hands-on experience with:
- PingOne SSO
- PingOne MFA
- PingOne Verify
- PingOne DaVinci
Expertise in identity protocols:
- SAML
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Strong programming skills in:
- Java / JavaScript
- REST API development
Experience with cloud-based IAM architectures
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PingOne Protect (risk-based authentication, fraud detection)
Background in CIAM or large-scale enterprise IAM implementations
Knowledge of Zero Trust security models
Relevant certifications:
- CISSP
- Ping Identity certifications
