Summary
Requirements
- 7 - 20 years of experience as a people operations director or HRBP
- Experience building HR infrastructure from the ground up (hiring, organization design, performance, and retention)
- End- to- end full employee lifecycle (onboarding, policies, compliance, benefits coordination, and day- to-day employee experience)
- Experience owning or managing office space and facilities (vendor management, space planning, facilities decision- making)
- Building strong company culture (programming, rituals, and events)
- Working knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance
- Familiarity with HR and ATS platforms (Rippling, Ashby, Lattice, Greenhouse, Justworks)
Must have
- People Ops and HRBP, with recent experience at a high- growth tech startup (Series A- C, ideally scaling from about 50 to 200 people)
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco (no relocation assistance provided)
