Summary

Role : Performance Test Engineer

Location : Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

· Performance testing of REST APIs and distributed services
Test scripting and test-data preparation
Response-time percentile analysis, including P95 and P99
Throughput, latency and error-rate analysis
Load, stress, spike, capacity and endurance testing
JVM performance fundamentals
Bottleneck identification and root-cause analysis
Performance-test reporting

· Experience testing Java and Spring Boot services.
Understanding of JWT and OAuth-based request flows.
Experience monitoring Kubernetes or Amazon EKS workloads.
Knowledge of JVM memory, threads, connection pools and garbage collection.
Familiarity with Honeycomb or comparable observability platforms.
Experience testing containerised, autoscaled services.
Familiarity with API gateways and dependent identity services.
Experience integrating performance tests into GitLab CI pipelines.
