Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to Pega best practices, and drive scalable, high-performance application development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture and technical design using Pega Platform.
  • Design and implement complex case management workflows, decision strategies, and integrations.
  • Define enterprise architecture standards and guardrails aligned with Pega best practices.
  • Oversee application design, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Architect integrations using REST/SOAP services, messaging queues, and external APIs.
  • Guide development teams and conduct code/design reviews.
  • Implement security design, role-based access controls, and data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
  • Provide production support and resolve critical technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Pega development.
  • Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA).
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Case Management
    • Decisioning
    • Integration services
    • Pega security & performance tuning
  • Experience in designing enterprise-level Pega applications.
  • Strong understanding of BPM methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
