Location: Alpharetta, GA 6+ Months Contract Position Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Python expertise (primary language) with 3 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
Direct MCP experience is required (approximately 1+ year preferred).
Proven experience building production Python applications (not scripting-only roles).
Solid understanding of Model Context Protocol concepts, behaviors, and lifecycle.
Familiarity with or hands-on experience using the FastMCP library.
Ability to work independently, own deliverables end-to-end, and contribute immediately.
Experience working with REST APIs, authentication flows, and external vendor integrations.
Working knowledge of: SQL (Postgres preferred) CI/CD pipelines Git-based development workflows
Nice to Have:
Design, build, and maintain MCP connectors for enterprise platforms (initial focus on Databricks and Snowflake)
Experience building connectors or integrations for Databricks or Snowflake.
Background in AI, LLM-based systems, or agent-driven architectures.
Exposure to large-scale or multi-connector integration platforms.
