Shift: 9:30 PM-6:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $35.00 an hour + $$1.00 shift differential
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
- You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to restore equipment to proper operating condition.
- You will document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage according to site expectations.
- You will partner with production teams to prioritize work that supports safety, quality, and operational goals.
- You will support continuous improvement efforts by identifying equipment reliability opportunities.
- You will follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements while working in the plant.
- You will assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and changeovers as needed.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED.
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience reading technical manuals, schematics, or drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem?solving skills.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours and respond to operational needs in an onsite role.
Physical Requirements
More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
