Job Description:
The AI Engineering Transformation Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI across the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This role focuses on embedding AI-powered tools, practices, and governance into engineering workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, and hands-on enablement across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· 10+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or technology consulting
· Proven experience in leading AI-driven or DevOps transformation initiatives in large enterprise environments
· Strong understanding of the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC/SDLC)
· Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., generative AI, coding assistants, automation tools)
· Solid knowledge of Responsible AI, including governance, security, compliance, and model risk management
· Experience working in complex, regulated environments with strong governance requirements
· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without formal authority
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience defining and tracking engineering metrics
