Summary
Please find the key requirements below:
- Experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support
- Strong experience on 3PL.
- Retail domain clients experience .
- Strong experience in SAP SD and retail processes (IS-Retail).
- Experience supporting AMS (Application Management Services).
- Integration with e-commerce websites/platforms.
- Hands-on experience with integration using SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI.
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Strong knowledge of SAP Pricing configuration.
- Experience with EWM integration and warehouse management processes.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
