Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer (QE) to lead quality assurance and test automation initiatives across HCM and Workforce Management (Logile) platforms. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality releases, seamless integrations, and scalable automation within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing activities for HCM and Logile releases, patches, and support initiatives, including regression, integration, SIT, and UAT testing.
Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, release checkpoints, and quality frameworks aligned with business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define requirements, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and provide quality feedback throughout the Agile/DevOps lifecycle.
Design and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test assets using Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, and related tools for HCM and WFM (Logile) business processes.
Drive continuous improvement of automation standards, regression suites, test data strategies, and CI/CD integration using Jenkins and Tosca CI.
Perform end-to-end validation for HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance) and Logile WFM functionalities including scheduling, forecasting, and workforce optimization.
Lead defect management activities including triage, retesting, root-cause analysis, and quality reporting using JIRA and Cloud ALM.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and quality metrics to track test coverage, automation effectiveness, release readiness, and overall system quality.
Evaluate and implement testing tools and best practices to improve automation efficiency, quality, and enterprise regression coverage.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Test Automation.
Strong experience with HCM applications, Workforce Management platforms (Logile preferred), and enterprise application testing including regression, integration, SIT, and UAT.
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.
Experience with SAP is a Plus.

Technical Skills
Expertise in automation tools and frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, and Postman.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Tosca CI.
Experience with JIRA, SAP Cloud ALM, API testing, system integrations, test data management, and QA reporting/metrics.

Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management processes including scheduling and forecasting.
Retail industry and Logile WFM experience preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise integrations and compliance standards.

Soft Skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional QA initiatives in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
