Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer with extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong Tableau expertise, a solid understanding of SQL, and experience delivering enterprise-level reporting solutions. Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with business SMEs to translate data requirements into actionable insights.
Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and transform data for reporting.
Manage reporting and analytics technology resources to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.
Support the design and implementation of BI architecture and analytics programs.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across reporting solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics technologies, with strong Tableau expertise.
4+ years of healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
Experience in BI architecture and enterprise reporting solutions.
Strong SQL skills for complex queries and stored procedures.
Proven ability to interface with business stakeholders to set up analytics programs and solutions.
Experience managing BI/reporting technical resources is preferred.

Experience with large-scale enterprise BI solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
