The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and PMO standards. This role requires strong leadership, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams, managing scope, schedule, cost, and contract compliance while serving as the primary customer interface.
Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale IT projects across the full project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational and PMO standards.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Establish and manage work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and resource plans in coordination with project schedulers.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking actuals, and reporting accruals
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively manage issues and dependencies.
Ensure requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved in accordance with established processes.
Lead governance reviews and provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverable quality to ensure successful outcomes.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Primavera or similar project management tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards
